Thank you everyone for your advice and input from your own personal experiences.

I'm looking into listing a flip as FSBO with a flat rate MLS listing service in the Pittsburgh area. I will be offering a 2% buyers agent commission to be fair. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can you give me any recommendations or tips?

@Ozzy Sirimsi I wish I Could do that. Currently I only do about 2 projects a year so I don’t think I could justify importing them myself.

@Jason H. That’s funny I’ve used both YQ and Kitchenrama for quartz and noticed they had cabinets but never checked them out. I’m gonna have to take a trip to kitchenrama and check them out

What kind of kitchen cabinets do you guys use and where do you get them? I’m a big fan of RTA cabinets, specifically the Forevermark brand. I’ve done 4 kitchens with them so far but I order them online and was looking for some local options.

@Ryan Hannas yeah the house is completely empty. There’s some dropped ceilings and a few rooms have wood paneling but other than that it’s just your typical lath and plaster. Oh and the carpeting.

interesting, I’ll have to give them a call. I take it you’ve used them before?

I usually do my own demo so I’ve never gotten an estimate but I am currently in the middle of a project and a deal has popped up. The only way I can think to make it work is to sub some things out, demo being one of them. Having never hired anyone to do this I have no clue what to budget to see if it would even be feasible. Can anyone give me a ball park estimate on what the cost might be?

The house is 1900 sq feet with lath and plaster. First floor , second floor , and finished attic all will need demoed to the studs.
