Thank you @Sharlene Mulchandani and @Zachary Ray. I checked out Innago and Cozy, and while they look great, I wasn't able to find any kind of document to track expenses/reserves etc., for actual updated numbers on everything. I'm thinking one of these excel documents might be best for this need, if you know of any good ones. Thank you!

Hi @Mike S. - thank you. The basic one is pretty on point for what I'm looking for. Do you know of any similar files that also takes into account reserves? I'm pretty new at this (just bought my first duplex), so it's all a learning process! Ty!
