Efficient software or excel chart to track monthly rent/expenses

Hi everyone, 

I'm hoping someone can recommend efficient software/app or an excel chart that easily allows you to plug in monthly rent, expenses, reserves, cash flow etc. on an investment property. Please let me know if anyone has something great to recommend. Thanks!

Hey Jordan, 

For only one rental many would suggest a free software like innago, COZY.com etc. They do work well but once you scale it out in the future look for Buildium or Rentec Direct.
