Hey guys I'm wondering what you guys are thinking about using hard money to fund my first deal drop your thoughts below.
Hey guys I'm going to a real estate investors Club there won't be too many people there but I'd like to know if I should wear anything specific I honestly just have no clue.

I'm getting really confused how I'm supposed to buy a rental property for zero down and make money on it immediately maybe I'm just over analyzing things but it doesn't seem to work for me on the calculator.

Alexander Lang I can go look at it but I guess my question is how do I know they are telling me all the expenses? Or even just lying about them

So a seller sent me over a short word document that states the supposedly expenses and income from the property is states that there is income being produced from the property wanted to know if I should get official papers or go see the property first or what
Just wanted to ask if anybody had any areas specific ways to find their deals like do you use the MLS get somebody to find them for you doorknocking. What works for you guys?
