Hey what did you learn ?    Im looking at buying a 25 unit motel but only want to do weekly and monthly rates my over head would be around 12k a mont. Any thoughts are ideas ?

Hello all I'm looking at buying a 25 room motel. Its in a small but growing town I want to rent it by the week and run it off site kinda like the Air b&B. The over head with the loan payment and all should run around 12k a month. I think i can rent the rooms fast for $200 a week. What are ya'll thoughts ?

Can i run it off site?

I know Im going to get a lot of the lower income people and it will have to checked on daily. 

How much are you giving the people who are investing?
 

Hey so Im trying to  find a lender that will do a loan based on the Lease agreements and the appraisal.   I already have owner financed loans and mobile home parks that I own and single family.     How are people borrowing on their portfolios to buy more rentals ?
