C is the lowest I would go. The Pros are these properties are usually cheaper in price and rents are not significantly lower. The Cons are it is harder to find quality tenants because usually this will be in a median to lower income area.

I recently closed on my first house hack in Conyers, GA. I just moved in within the last two weeks and posted my open side for rent. My real estate agent sent me the lease she uses for her rental property in Georgia. Is this safe to use with no holes in the lease? Or should I reach out to a real estate lawyer to confirm?
