Ryan Goldfarb started his career at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, where he worked on the issuance of more than $5.5 billion in new real estate debt. Ryan became a full-time real estate investor in 2016 and has self-managed over $5 million in construction, operated a tax lien portfolio and an opportunity zone fund, built a short-term rental portfolio, and acquired 60+ vacant lots for future development. Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance & Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
