Hi My Name is Jorge I'm trying to start My Real Estate Investment Journey. I have tried Wholesale but no luck YET. I Know what I want and I want to own and hold properties. The thing is I have enough to put down for and FHA LOAN, but I'm not sure if I should HOUSE HACKED(duplex, triplex, forplex) or just find a way to own my first rental property by using OPM?

My plan was to HOUSE HACK move out after a year and do it again and by the 3rd year purchase  3 single family homes and maybe move into one. So on and on that was my plan. 

MY question is what would you recommend? What Would make it easier ( I know is going to take a lot of work) to built wealth?

@Tom S. even If the property have a Restricted Escrow of $22k of insurance claim?

HI Guys, I have a question? Might have my First property under contract, it's a pre-foreclosure! My question is the Arv:$235K if I put it for $195K and needs about 15-20 in rehab does that sound like a good deal? Pay Off amount in property is $184k!

property build in  2015 /1591 sqft /4bd 2bath  beautiful area.

What title company are you using to close your deals?

In Atlanta GA and North Carolina?

Hi I’m new to this and this might be Stupid question but can anyone explain to me how this to options work.(hard lender or private lender)

I heard something like 70%-30% is that aver you sell or how. I’m trying to start with the property rental strategy, but I’m stuck.

I would like to know if someone can explain to me how a promissory note work. Would I be able to to purchase a property from someone like that and still use it as a rental, or lease option? 

I want to start making CASH FLOW and I feel rental investment is the way, I just need some help, guides, anything would help Thank YOU.
