Hello BP!!!! Im looking into starting a career in real estate. Does any brokers or agents need an assistant? I'm a fast learner and I can help with updating MLS, Zillow, Door knocking, Farming basically anything. All I want is to learn to become a top producing agent and help your business grow.

Just got hired on by my broker, however Im a bit lost as in how to start. I know I need clients,contacts fast. So whats the best way to contact potential customers after contacting friends and family? I can really feel the energy beaming out of me...I want to start working! From one agent to  another

Hey BP,

Im in a pickle. MIL got injured and can no longer babysit my 9 month old. My wife and I don't trust others to babysit our son. So with that said, has anyone seen or heard about real estate agents or investors that bring along their children with them?

Hey Bigger Pockets,

My name is Jorge Ortega and I'm just starting out in real estate. Im newly licensed as a sales agent and looking for a broker to work with. I've been as assistant for two real estate offices.  That doesn't mean i don't plan on investing. My family and I are working towards flipping, we already buy and hold. 

As a new agents I got a lot going for and against me. Im worried that my young age (23) will be a problem in listing homes. What do you all think?
