Hello everyone, I need some help with the following: 

Can anybody help me understand how to structure a loan under a credit partner , the drawbacks and advantages of this strategy. Secondly, how to structure it on my operating agreement etc.. Any input or direction for more research is very helpful.  Thank you

Typically it is 75% , let me know if you find lender with 80% LTV @Ryan West Do you lend in other states outside of Ohio Such as California, TEXAS etc.. ?
