Does anyone ever mail out to properties over the median sale price? I’m looking to expand my marketing and I was just wondering if I’d still find motivated sellers/yucky houses going over the median sales price. Please help

Good times , good times. You’ll get used to it. It’s part of the business. It happens all the times. Just listen to them while they vent and then say “Mr Seller, I’m just not used to being spoken to like this when I’m trying to help someone out, seems that you’re not interested in selling your home what so ever?” (Then pause until they speak). Worst comes to worst their not motivated and move forward to the next lead. Good luck!

When you go to seller appointments and take photo's, how do you present them to your buyers list? What are your buyers expecting from you? Are they buying just based off your photos? Do you bring out all your buyers to one appointment or would that be overwhelming?
