Hey Everyone!
Only 48 hours into discovering BP (stumbled across them via YouTube) and I'm hooked on how helpful and amazing they and the BP members are! It truly feels like a family when I read posts and see all the amazing comments and assistance everyone provides! I'm in Milwaukee WI and I'm looking into wholesaling, I recently was offered the opportunity to purchase a property at a ridiculously low price more than %50 less then comps in the immediate area. The property needs some love but its absolutely habitable. Well I'm not in a stable enough position financially and credit wise to buy this house so i took to google to see if there was a term for hooking sellers up with buyers and also making a little profit and here i am! Regardless if this deal ever comes to be I've been absorbing info on the many real estate categories and I'm in love! I'm sure you'll see me around asking a million questions but for now i just wanted to say hello!
