I have 8 properties/10 doors and received 100% in April wirh no late pays and most all received early. I hope I’m not jinxing myself here

Enjoy this feed as very interested in this topic as wanting to let go of the 9-5 and focus on Investing. However, this post and the reply’s are all 5+ years old or so. Anybody interested in sharing some more recent info? I’m all ears!

Looking for advice from those who have leveraged short term, private money loans from friends, family members or new partners. I have a deal where I need to cover about $20K more than I have right now for the down payment. So, I need only $20K for short term (6 months or less) and wondering what terms I should offer to make it a worthwhile deal for the lender and not overpaying either. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
