@Andrew Boykins Great to hear Andrew. I just purchased my 1st Baltimore property but fear it wont appraise for the value i need. I purchased for 14000 and i am fully renovating. I am surrounded by foreclosures and $20000-$30000 properties, not renovated. Around the corner literally a block away a home identical to mine, fully renovated, sold in Feb for 127000. Do you think its possible for me to get this value for the Brrrr strategy.?
