I had the same question.  I see no one responded to your post 3 years ago, disappointing.  Two AF bases there, which is usually a good sign for the rental market.

@Shweta Bharti door vest guy was on most recent BP business podcast so you can listen to Andrew discuss his company. They are very young and have entered in a tide that is lifting any and all boats. I didn’t get a lot of specifics from his answers, a lot of talking points.
