@Andrew Santana correct. As far as I've seen there are very few people doing it. It def adds value and has nuanced approaches but I'm wondering if it's a timeline issue i.e. turnaround for flips etc..

As a sales consultant, I've been working with local New Jersey solar business and have garnered an interest in renewable energy and REI. It led me to REI and got me thinking - how can the two benefit each other from a $ perspective. Incentives vary state to state with NJ is in the top 3 currently and TBH - the savings and earnings are significant. I'm looking for people with 'eco-flipping' or 'greenhabbing' experience. However, my research hasn't produced much as far as who is doing it, how and what to look out for etc...

@Grant Rothenburger just chiming in here as I am interested in something similar. I'd read an article from another investor on BP mentioning that oftentimes you can take the property sq ft x avg repair costs per sq ft in that area. You'd then base your deal on the outcome. Is this accurate? Sounds dangerous haha.
