I don't think there's any particular meetup group for MHP's as its a relatively specific niche. However, there are some Mobile Home investors that are members of these meet ups. May want to check out some of the facebook groups and try to network with people individually.

Check out Meetup.com there's a handful of investor meet ups in the Bay Area - TREIA, SREIA, TBREIA, as well as many of their subgroups!

Check out one of the many local REIA's in the Bay Area, there's an investment real estate event basically every week!

I know there are quite a few in the Bay Area every month - TREIA, TBREIA, SREIA, and Beach REIA. Plus all the REIA sub-groups. But I'm always down for some networking so count me in!
