Hello all, hope you are all having a great weekend. I am currently saving up for a multi-family property. Finally in a position where I can save good enough money to get a couple of multifamily properties a year. I need a little mentorship or even someone who's willing to save me from making silly mistakes.

More than anything I really just want to get a good understanding of how to find great deals before they show up on Zillow.

@Rick Albert I'm looking to do the same soon. I'm saving up for down payments right now. I have capital but I really need guidance. I wouldn't mind shadowing or simply gain a mentor.
