Not really sure WHERE to put this.  I was always told if you have questions on here; ASK THEM...so I'm doing that.  

It's regarding a tri-plex that I recently moved from (was house hacking); and am looking for creative ways to pull cash if possible.

Current Loan Age:  14 Months

Current Loan Amount:  $287k

Interest Rate:  3.625

Approximate Appraised Value:  $405k

The area where the tri is located has completely blown up; it is a bit nuts. Should I look at refinancing the home to pull out cash for REI; or is the Interest Rate too low to make that decision financially feasible?

Hey everyone!

New member here located in Houston, Texas.  I've been a listener of Bigger Pockets for a few months now.  I had it in the rotation with Entrepreneur on Fire, a few other notables podcasts but I found myself always coming back to BP for my long trips.

I "fell" into a tri-plex buy about a year ago, and have been obsessed ever since. Looking at possibly leaving my full time job to focus on REI and photography. Reading and learning all I can; without challenge growth is not accomplished.

Very encouraged by the obvious close knit community you all have here in such a competitive line of work.  Can't wait to start networking!
