Is there any wholesalers from Orange County CA? Or surrounding counties? I am looking to pick somebodys brain. Just a little background, I am really interested in buy and hold rental properties, unfortunately, living in California, I have to start off slow due to high prices. I have looked into turnkey properties out of state as well but at this current time I feel its best for me to stack up some more savings; which brings me into wholesaling! 

I dont know too much about wholesaling but from what I have read, this may be something that can be benefial for me both short term and long term. I feel like i'm one deal away. Anyway, if there is anybody out there willing to chat, send me a message. Thank you all in advance and happy Friday.

Good evening.  I have reached out to the following turnkey companies in the Indianapolis area.  Currently doing my due diligence and I am extremely motivated to make my first deal.  Anyway, I reached out to:

Alpine Capital Solutions, Pinnacle Investment Properties, Real Estate done 4 you, American Property Investments, CRM Properties and FS Houses.

I tried to contact Norada Real Estate but was unable to get thru their website.  If there is any Norada representatives, I would love to hear from you as well.

Is there any others that I should contact?  Any reviews on the companies mentioned above?
