 I have a general idea of where I want to be in the long run but for the short term, the main objective would be to buy my first rental property.  I presume this would entail figuring out what good deals look like locally and figuring out what works and doesn't in the Philippines. As for the work, I have a full-time job but I am more than willing to put in the work after hours, on weekends, and can probably squeeze in sometime on the days I work from home. Any insight or resources you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I am hoping to get into real estate and was wondering if there are people investing in the Philippines. Either from here or abroad, as long as you are familiar with the market. 

Would be great to pick the brain of anyone as I am still figuring out how to start locally, any advice is welcome.
