Hi everyone,

I am from Halifax, NS, and currently looking for my first property here. I am working with a mortgage broker to determine my financing options, and will be ready to start making offers soon (although deals seem scarce). My target is a 2-4 unit property within HRM.

l have talked to a few RE agents, but have not been ready to commit to anyone yet. As a new investor, I would prefer to work with someone who has their own rentals, and who may be able to provide some additional guidance. Please let me know if you have any recommendations.

I am also looking to build connections with other investors in the area. I genuinely enjoy learning about real estate, and would appreciate the chance to chat with any of you about your experiences/goals.
