I would like to organize a event for South Florida Investors to get together. I would like to talk market trends, what's working, what's not for about 20 minutes and then socialize and hang out for about an hour or so. Get a chance to know other investors and network.

Since I have no idea how many are interested, I can't say where we would get together. I have access to some community rooms, or can use my office. 

@Account Closed, i too am looking for a reliable contractor. I'm closing on a condo in Palm Aire in Fort Lauderdale on the 15th and need someone to put in a new kitchen, scrape popcorn and flatten ceilings and then install new floors on a 2nd story condo. MUST be licensed and insured. 

South Florida has some unique differentiators one must consider when investing. With hurricanes, the extreme moisture and humidity and heat, lets not forget the heat. I am looking to connect with people who Live. Invest. and Enjoy South Florida.
