i recently came in contact with an investor friendly title company who can also close anywhere in the state. What I wanted to ask is as a newbie, is it a good idea to look at other cities within the state for wholesale deals? I realize that I don't even have to go to closing so that's part of the reason why I'm asking this. Thanks in advance for your insight.

Hey, my name is Joshlee and I am excited to be a part of this community!! I will be honest , I am a "virgin"to RE Wholesaling lol, but I look forward to becoming successful in this area of RE. I am hoping that there are some miamians who would be glad to mentor a newbie as myself. But most of all, the info that I have received from this website is worth its weight in gold!! Thank you all who contribute value to it. I look forward to meeting like minded Floridians!! ????
