Hi all,

I'm a new multifamily investor in Tucson, AZ. Can anyone recommend a great property management company and real estate attorney in the area?

    Thanks.

@Ron Nir Thanks for the great post. What is the best PM company to manage large multifamily properties in the LV valley?

Are any permits/ licenses/ certificates required to own and operate a Multi Family property in Las Vegas, Nevada?

what are some great multifamily insurance companies in Las Vegas?

I need a great property inspector to inspect a multifamily property in Las Vegas as part of my due diligence. Any recommendations?

    Thanks.

@Spencer Cornelia I can't give the address as this is an off-market deal but you've answered my question. Thanks.

What is the multifamily cap rate around the Strip (walking distance from Treasure Island) for A/B-class properties?

    Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a great real estate attorney in Las Vegas?

NRS 645.280 says it's illegal for a licensed broker or salesperson to pay a finder's fee to an unlicensed person. But what if both the person paying the finder's fee and the one receiving it are unlicensed?

I'm a multifamily investor who is searching for a property to buy in Nevada. While searching I found an off-market property that does not meet my investment criteria. Since it is off-market I was thinking of selling the property information to another investor and charging a 2% finder's fee at closing. Is it legal to do that in Nevada without a license?
