Hey everyone, I'm a 19 year old college student in Central PA near Penn State University. I'm looking to get into real estate investing part-time, but I am mostly here to learn right now and hopefully find people who can give me great advice for the future. I've mostly invested in stocks thus far, and I'm looking to take a more active role in my portfolio.
