Hey guys i have a general question,

if im buying land for my friend to build a house on and we decide to sell it later...how should the profits be split? He will finance building the house.

What are your guys thoughts on owning two diff properties in 2 diff states under 1 LLC. Is that okay to do or do you always use separate LLCs?

Everything must be negotiable why don't you just call up another survey company or two and get another price or two. Why don't you research it on the internet? and find out just how reasonable or unreasonable the price is?? I assume you have called the county and asked them for some advise or names of companies. I think we used the original survey company on our original house plans.

Yeah... no need to spend your money on that right now. Just spend the next 6 months browsing these forums, listening to the podcasts, reading a few books.

Then start connecting with local realtors, general contractors, and developers.

Post any specific questions you have about the process here in the forums and you'll get answers within a few hours.

Ya i got him from tai lopez and he is at a lot of other peoples cpnventions as well like ed mylett and all the big guys. Maybe hes the real deal. You gonna get his program?
