I just finished Rich Dad Poor Dad. In fact, that's the reason I'm on this website. Definitely trying to build my asset column to get out of the rat race.

The question is very ambiguous but I would say that I'm trying to build "money producing" asets.
I am brand new to this website and to real estate investing. this probably a fairly common question but how exactly do you get started in investing in real estate properties. Any answers or helpful tips are greatly appreciated.
