Hey Carey, a few of my investors use R Bank! They have closed many deals with us; both fix'n flips and Rentals, they have financed deals in 3 weeks and offer a great line of credit to investors. I have also heard good things about Plainscapital Bank as well. Let me know if I can help you find properties!

Hey Everyone, I wanted to reach out to the BP community to see if I could get some tips on where to post my deals. Right now the best two places I have found are myhousedeals.com and of course BP. The only thing that I don't like about BP is I can only put up 2 a day. If you have any suggestions on websites to post that you have had success with, please let me know I am open to suggestions!
Best,
Josiah

I would have to agree with y'all here. Austin has become an appreciation play in general and not much you can do about taxes. If financially capable, I think the best option is to purchase properties in better cash-flowing areas to offset your current cash-negative assets. Some ares that have been successfully cash-flowing for me and my investors, without losing too much appreciation, are Manor, Kyle, and parts of southeast Austin. If your looking for heavy cash-flow with little appreciation I would look into the Temple, Waco and maybe even Killeen markets. Let me know if I can help.
