Thank you everybody for the great advice.... I am learning more everyday from the posts, podcasts and webinars. I tried to watch Brandon's webinar yesterday but Im not sure but.i could not get it to open. I can still watch it today anyways!!

Right now I am searching for my second property. The house prices are not changing much in my area, at least not for now. 

Ii have been searching for loans online  but I havent found too many available. I used to google mortgage rates, put my numbers and got a looong list. Now I am lucky if I get 1 or 2 lenders!!

Great educational post. Lots of info and resources!! I bought my first SFH and I will be transferring eventually to my LLC. All is very important to know. Thanks for sharing the insurance info

Great feedback everybody... last week on m way to work I heard on the radio that is is the time to get ripped, get smarter, learn a new skill and de-clutter your house!! that thought had stayed with me since!!

I have been trying to do a little bit of all that. I have been listening to webinars and podcasts and staying very active on biggerpockets. I think it is great that a lot of people share their journeys. I have learned a lot from it. 

Also, since they gyms are closed, I have been trying to jog outside. Also, there are a lot of videos on youtube about different exercises. I bought a total gym and putit in my living room, so I use it while I listen to bigger pockets or and audio book

I have also read again Rich Dad Poor Dad, the Richest man in Babylon, Think and Grow Rich among others

I also agree that is hard to derail since we have kids in the house all day and they need attention also, but I allow myself to get off track from my self improvement routines because I can get back on track after a day off.

I think it is great to hear from other people, it gives me motivation to keep going!!

It is hard to know for sure, I wonder the same. I just purchased my first SFH and my goal was to buy a second SFH right after, but this whole coronavirus thing happened. My renter is still able to pay rent, but I am not sure for how long he will be able.

I am a nurse, so I am lucky I will still be able to work. I am going to continue paying the mortgage as long as I can work. I dont want to have to pay more interests because the mortgage period has extended. .

On the mean time, I try to stay positive and I keep reading biggerpockets and learning a lot from webinars, podcasts and forums. People are great at sharing their stories!!

Hello everybody... I joined Bigger pockets last year. I had been reading people's posts and learning. It took me a while to take action, but finally last month I did... I bought my first SFH 3bedroom/2 bathroom. No repairs needed. If I put the numbers right in the bigger pockets calculator this is what they look like
