I am looking for a realtor who is well versed in finding investment properties on the Southside of Chicago. I would like to acquire a 3 unit multi family and a SFH this year. Cash flow is my goal. I'm sure I'm not asking all of the right questions but I wanted to at least check with BP to see if anyone could recommend a realtor for me. The properties will be under $100k.
