Hi! How does one go about calculating the market value of a single family home, that has tenants in a two year lease, that is cash flowing? Said home has a mortgage already. Or does it even make sense?

Amazing deal! In a little over four years you would have recouped your 100k and have those properties paying for themselves. What state did you invest in?
I currently have a home that I rent out to a tenant. My current plan is to acquire more single family homes. The Brrrr strategy seems interesting. I like the idea of starting small and rolling into more homes, letting tenants pay down the mortgage. I would also like to pick up a few homes for vacation rentals, that my family can use in different parts of the country.

Hi Jersey! I just joined Pro, I'm attending a REI event tomorrow night in NYC and another in Princeton next week. I'm excited to network and meet local investors. I'm in Monmouth County. Let me know if you're local and are up for coffee. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. I'm open to learning what other people are doing and how they've found success. My goal is to purchase a single family home in 2017 - I'm not sure where, if in state or within two hours driving.
