Max, I started an LLC about a month ago. Going through the paces just like you. I would also like to close on a deal by the end of March. I've invested a decent amount of money in this company of mine and am now waiting for some profits to come in (like everyone right). If you need to build a business plan to present to lenders, I found a decent site that is actually writing me one as we speak. It costs some money but, I've been told that it is invaluable. It will be 25-40 pages. I hope the rest of your deal goes as smooth as possible. JP

Hey Max, welcome to Real Estate. I'm new as well. As a matter of fact I haven't even been able to put my first deal together (having trouble obtaining funding). I wish you nothing but the best. I wouldn't mind hearing about some of your experiences.
