That sounds like a great system to stay organized. I was unaware such a platform existed. And specific recommendations?

So my wife and I are beginning our real estate dream. She is currently working as an RN and will be accepting a job in Tucson, AZ at the end of July. We currently own no properties and I work in CA(military) with plans to move next July to Quantico, VA. Our idea is to purchase a Duplex using a VA loan and her live in it for the required year. We would rent out the other side. After a year she would move out and we would then rent out both sides for passive income. We are planning on using Cozy.co for screening of tenants and collection of rent payments. Looking in the area or the University of Arizona and Davis Monthan Air Force base. Any suggestions or advice?
