Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

Just wanted to highlight a fully renovated home that is a few blocks from the Central Washington Hospital (Wenatchee, WA) and would be great to rent to travel nurses or other temporary workers contracted to build data centers. Furnished finder or Airbnb.

Priced to sell quickly at $330k. The shed in the back could be converted to a tiny home with alley access. Message me for more details.

I've heard Better has low/no fee helocs. I have Helocs with first tech as they used to be no origination fees.

Nice to meet you Seth, welcome! Out of state investing is something I've never done but I can see why you would want to living in SD.

I would explore the option of applying for a heloc so you can keep your current loan in tact and use that cash for a down payment on your next home. You can compare the interest rate and qualified loan amount to the 401k loan.

You can find some stats for MTRs in the area here: https://www.furnishedfinder.co...
Getting connected with the agencies that place employees is a great method for filling up your rentals.

I am a local investor searching for opportunities to get into the MTR space.

Wow! That is a beauty. I love the detailed post and helps me understand the construction process in our city if I decide to go this route in the future. You’ve inspired me to blog about the process of my next investment I have lined up.
