Hey everyone,

My name is Justin and I'm a real estate newbie from the Pittsburgh area. I am currently a Property Manager overseeing 912 beds at a student housing property in Morgantown, WV. I have been in the property management industry for roughly 7 years and have always had a strong interest in real estate. I also recently received my real estate license and have started doing a little property management and residential sales on the side for a local broker right here in Pittsburgh. My goal is to absorb as much real estate knowledge as I can from books, podcasts, videos, local investors, other BP's members, etc - then apply this knowledge on my own REI endeavors.
