 Happy to speak about the Algarve if you want!

Any Algarve investor?

I aim to 10% liquid of the total investment, with a minimum of 100$.

Now I think it also depends on the initial investment, I work with up to 100k in my market and rents are not the same, but if the average rent doesn't come close to a 10% ROI, then I'm out.

1- Rehabing an apartment that we bought for Holiday Rentals

2- Buying 2 more apartments for the same purpose!

3- Starting to learn about other markets for 2021.

Hi guys, I'm a new member of BP, however, I have been listening to your podcasts for quite a while.

I'm based in Portugal, in the southern region, named Algarve.
