@Stephanie Simmons yea that's why I'm seeking for advice because I'm new investor and have no idea how it works. My partner and I thought that it should be a good idea to get an LLC to split the profits and cover expenses 50\50. But I not sure if it's a good idea to go forward with it. We are definitely flipping houses but we're trying to figure out the best way we can get in to business the best possible way without an LLC

@Jaysen Medhurst that’s exactly what we’re trying to get started flipping houses for now then each will get our own rentals separate along the way. I will do my research to see how exactly works.

Hello everyone. A friend and I want to get in to business together so we're thinking of getting in to an LLC but dont know about how it works. We're trying to figure out what is the best way to work together and go 50/50 in the business. How does the LLC work?

How can i start an LLC?

What are the pros and cons of it? And what other ways can we get in to business together that will work without much problems.. I’m new at this but very hungry for success.

thanks in advance

hello everyone I'm new to this wonderful website and to the exiting world of Real Estate. My mission right now is to meet investors, land lords, realtors etc.. I am very eager to learn more. I've always hade a big interest in Real Estate but didn't have the drive to do it. I gotta be honest and say that thanks to this website and the podcasts that I listen to it finally made me completely open my eyes, my mind and gave me so much fuel and drive to finally start. My mission right now is to start networking around my area but I'm a little lost and don't know where to look and how to look for people that I can meet. My goal is to educate myself as much as I can so when I'm ready I can start my journey as an investor and buy my first property. If there is anybody around my area that knows of any investors group or meet ups please let me know. I am willing to drive if its not in my area. I am from Salinas CA 93905. Thank you in advanced and I am super exited.

@Nicholas L. Thank you so much...that makes more sense to me now. What through me off is I saw a video where a property was being analyzed and the person mention the on the graph the loan pay down created equity and also cash flow increased so I thought that cash flow increased due to the loan pay down.
