Hi Shari, 

We actually won a house on Hubzu back in September. The closing date was pushed a couple times and then we finally were told that there was an issue with the title that would take 2 to 3 months to resolve. We were allowed to back out of the deal and get our earnest deposit back. We would have waited, but there was a hole in the roof and living in Florida with the rains, we were afraid the roof could cave in before we closed. 

When I check on Hubzu for properties, I still see that property under contract. So glad we backed out as we would still be waiting.
