Hey Jack! It’s great that you’re already planning your path in multi-family real estate. Adding the real estate investment and management concentration could definitely be worth it if it gives you solid knowledge and good networking opportunities. But if you feel like you can learn the same skills on your own through experience and other resources, saving that extra tuition for your first investment might be the better move. It really depends on how much value you think that extra semester will bring to your goals!

Hey Nathan! It sounds like you’ve got a solid plan and a great passion for real estate investing. Cincinnati and Dayton are great markets for both cash flow and long-term appreciation. Flipping and short-term rentals are definitely exciting strategies to build momentum.

Hi Owen! College isn’t a must for real estate, but it can definitely help with things like business, marketing, and communication skills. If you’re ready to dive in after high school, go for it! You can always take extra courses or certifications later to level up your skills. Also, connecting with experienced agents can be a great way to learn the ropes!

Hi Christopher, It’s great that you’re looking to get into real estate! Colorado’s market can be tough with high prices, and it’s smart to be cautious about breaking even. If you’re okay with that for now, maybe focus on properties that have good appreciation potential or ones you can fix up to add value. You could also look into out-of-state markets with better cash flow options. Starting small or teaming up with experienced investors might help ease some of the risk.
