@Brian Stephens

Hey Brian,

_

If I may ask, why are interest rates for financing LLCs typically higher than under one’s own personal name?

@David Campbell

Will do David. I seek to treat and manage the property as if it was my own, with care, respect and efficiency. Because I know once I start building my portfolio of rentals... I would want the same in return.

@Gray Hall

Yea Gray, I just might take that route unless someone can come in straight as an assistant property manager. If that is possible.

@Andrew Fonden

I definitely love the smaller more close knit environment you speak of and the opportunity to be more involved enhancing my learning and experience.

@Oleg Enik

I’m pretty much in the same boat ⛵️ as you. Looking to talk to lenders/brokers to see how much I can get pre-approved for, compounding my knowledge I learned since I was in high school (2017) and applying it in real life. And to be realistic, most likely not going to acquire my first property this year, but nevertheless I’m preparing like you, to be ready to pull the trigger.

@Oleg Enik

Hey Oleg,

Are planning to acquire your rental property fairly soon, like 2020? Or are you just trying to see how much you can get pre-approved for so that you can hawk out potential deals you can jump on? Both?

@Sean McDonnell

Thanks Sean. Definitely on path with my thinking.

@Frank Procopio

Yea, Frank. That’s what I want to do. How did you go about doing that when you first started? And how long did you stay there?

@Gabriel Dominic Gonzales

Thanks for the clear blue print Gabriel. Will do.
