My partner and I are thinking of purchasing some land in order to use it as collateral to purchase rental property. What do you think? Any ideas? Thank you.
@Henry Der I live on the east side of Cleveland. There a bunch of duplex for sale in 44057 area. You may want to consider this area too. Good schools pretty much a bedroom community.

My family and I are trying to purchase real estate for investment and a personal residence. I have seen advertising on the site and wondered if there are legitimate lenders advertising here or should I be trusting the too good to be true feeling I have.

@Jim Welch Could you turn it into section 8 housing? That way you would always have a pool of renters. You also maybe able to work with a charity to rent it out. But bottom line is get some money flowing in rather than out!
