I’ve been invited to invest on a syndication deal in St. Pete, FL. and your help will be highly appreciated.

They are buying an 90+ unit apartment building in an area closed to hospitals and in a very good shape.

I'm planning to invest 50k and they are offering a 6% preferred return and a 70% of cash flow after the preferred return. For the appreciation the offer is a 70% of profit after capital payment. They already secure a loan with an LTV of 70%. They are planning to hold the investment for 5 years and aim a IRR of 17.1% after the exit.

What do you think?

Hi to all... I am a foreign national trying to invest in real estate in the US with a focus on multifamily rentals. I am still living abroad and with no intentions to move to the US. I want to connect with people who can help in my way to success as an investor and also people who already walked this way and can help to answer my questions. Thanks a lot!

Hello! I´ve been listening to the podcast for almost a year and I am decided to invest in my first multifamily property before 2018 is gone. I am a Mexican living in Mexico, so I know this will be harder but possible. I am pretty sure there are some foreign national investors doing real estate business in the U.S. while living overseas. What are your experiences?
