Hey everyone,

I’m looking to get into Real Estate so figured I’d post here, I’m 19 and just getting into real estate, will hopefully get my license in the next couple of weeks. I’ve been learning a bit on my own and now I’m trying to figure out how to get to that first deal maybe wholesaling or something buy and hold. Looking to learn from people who’ve done it and start moving in the right direction. Any advice or tips would mean a lot.

Hey everyone,

I’m 19 and currently on track to get my real estate license by June. I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and my goal is to start as an agent, build a strong foundation, and eventually move into investing in real estate alongside my sales career.

I’m looking to connect with someone who is both an active real estate agent and investor, someone who’s already doing what I hope to do in the future. I’m not at the stage to invest just yet, but that’s exactly why I’m starting with real estate sales to grow my income, build knowledge, and gain real world experience.
