Good morning BP family, I'm going to start driving for dollars and wanted some suggestions for being effective. I'm new to this so any info is helpful. Also, is there a way to acquire a neighborhood map of a city? I'm working in Philadelphia.

I've made it my goal to obtain my Real Estate license this spring. Its fairly affordable and obtainable so I dont see the harm in experimenting on its relevancy to my real estate career. Is having a RE license useful to have for wholesalers or RE investors in general? Just want some insight, opinions, and possibly experiences on this subject. Thank you in advance.

So I'm on listsource trying to build my list but I'm unsure about some of the details.

1. Is there a certain age group or mortgagor more ideal for wholesaling leads?

2. I didn't see an option for low FSS score homeowners, where on the website can I locate this option?

3. Does it matter what pricing plan I select?

4. Once I'm finished building my absentee list the option to purchase is not highlighted, what am I doing wrong?

Any information on this subject is greatly appreciated.

Trying determine if I should upgrade to BP plus or BP pro. What's the difference? I'm a beginner and I think plus suits me best for now but would love some feedback. Thanks in advance.
