OK Jennifer, let's call a truce.

By the way, it was nice meeting you! :D

In addition, the use of the non-gendered name, also provides some protection against wierdos/creeps/stalkers that are surfing the internet.

They usually don't make the extra effort to find out who someone is - they go right to the photos/names.

[Which is why I almost never use my photo as well by the way.]

So you and your husband both post as "Malok" and you leave it up to the rest of us to figure out who posted? Do you change your Sig. depending on wich one of you is posting? Look....

I didn't start this thread to go back and forth. It's a very elementary idea and like I said, "if the shoe fits, and you like it, by all means wear it"!

My husband and I are both Realtors and a team.

We both "share" the non-gendered identity of Malok for internet purposes.

I do agree though, that if someone wanted to actually conduct a transaction with another person in this forum, they would provide their relevant information in some form or fashion. (I provide mine by signature link as an example.)

That's Great,

However, I went to your website; Hence, I'm assuming you are Jennifer Karlen. What's your husband’s name? Who am I to presume I'm talking to in this forum? You, or your husband? It's a very basic and elementary idea to disclose, inside of this forum, who you are! I don't want to go to a website of yours and/or your husband’s to figure that out. Once arriving at the website I can't tell who might have left a post or New Thread….. You or your husband?

Kindest regards,

Thanks' guys,

I was worried about possibly offending someone with this thread.

It's nice to have some "Big Men on Campus" back me up!

Hey John,

You're in the 90-100-percentile range of being absolutely correct. I guess that's why no one's heard from JW since he first started the thread.

Just my opinion....

The lack of information on many of the posts and profiles of any forum can discourage others from engaging in any type of serious conversation.

RE_Jokester_01 want's to know about a $100MM loan but doesn't provide his/her real name, an email, and at least a vague geographical location; how serious could they be?

It's just an idea to kick around. If the shoe fits, and you like it, by all means wear it!

Once again, it's "Just my opinion".

Where's JW, the initiator of this thread.

It's been almost a year since he started it and no one's heard from
him since? That's outstanding follow-up!

Hello John,

I will do commercial deals anywhere in the nation. As far as individual SFR deals go (not bulk REO) I try to stay in CA.

I'm not generating the leads. I was just wanting to help out the person that is. If they are solid and exclusive leads, especialy in CA, one could get quite a bit of money for them. That is why I wanted to ask a few questions. If they are selling, what at first is a great lead, 50 different times, it turns out not to be such a great lead. I'm in So. Cal. so I figured I could help them out provided the leads are "truely exclusive".
