Hey Cordell,

When you say "High End" does that mean you want the properties to be in Beverly Hills or the Hamptons? Are you referring to location at all or do you consider anything valued at > 1.5 million to be high end?

Don't you agree that a commercial property selling for 60% cost on value is most likely going to be at least slightly distressed?

Very nice to be a member of these very resource and information rich forums. I am a licensed loan and RE agent in So. California. Primarily I'm involved in the finance sector of the business.

Currently I'm doing mostly pre-foreclosure bail outs and high volume REO pools (straight to the banks and straight to the money). I'll get into more on that subject in the REO forum.
