Post: Fix and Flip Vermont

This is my first attempt at a fix and flip. I found a property for cheap money but needs some work in a very nice neighborhood. I'm looking for a lender that will provide 75/80% home cost and 100% of rehab. Looking for some suggestions for local contractors with fix/flip experience. What should i expect during the process etc? Any advice/help is greatly appreciated!!

TIA

Hello, I am quite green to RE investing and I am looking to expand further. Brief background I own my primary home in MA and a Vacation/STR in Vermont near ski resorts. I was able to finance the VT home with a low interest rate conventional loan. Our first year we did quite well with the STR in VT which paid the mortgage for the year and then some. I have recently come across a cheap lake front home that needs to be demolished and rebuilt completely. I am looking towards a DSCR loan to finance the project using STR/mid term income in fall/winter (college nearby) and I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction what my best loan option is. Also something to note is both VT/MA homes are under my name alone, my wife has no properties in her name. Thank you
