Buy my first investment property; "house hack"

Rehab: Target:: 2-3 months

Meantime keeping my eyes on the next upcoming project.

Depending on market rent or sell.

Welcome @John Counts having the proper mentor is a huge plus when just starting out. I myself have someone that rely on when I'm in search for answers. In addition I continue to seek info from others with more experience as well as fellow newbies that are either on my level. Good luck

I'm 28 & in the Greater Cleveland Ohio Area

Credit score just below 600 

I have been employed at my current job for almost 2yrs

Working in the construction/home improvement field for 10+ yrs

I'm eager to rehab & flip houses as well as own a couple of rental properties near local college campuses.

As far as financing & mortgages, closing deals I have no clue where to begin. Please if anyone has any suggestions r it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks & Happy New Year to All
