My goal(s) in 2016:
Buy my first investment property; "house hack"
Rehab: Target:: 2-3 months
Meantime keeping my eyes on the next upcoming project.
Depending on market rent or sell.
Continue to next property....

I'm 28 & in the Greater Cleveland Ohio Area
Credit score just below 600
I have been employed at my current job for almost 2yrs
Working in the construction/home improvement field for 10+ yrs
I'm eager to rehab & flip houses as well as own a couple of rental properties near local college campuses.
As far as financing & mortgages, closing deals I have no clue where to begin. Please if anyone has any suggestions r it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks & Happy New Year to All
