Currently living in a home I purchased with a VA loan. Home is in great shape only doing cosmetic upgrades right now. Got the house at 380k. Similar homes in the area are already selling at 500k. Hoping to sell and reinvest the profits after two years. Any recommendations on how I can make my return larger?
